Delivery and Returns

• All Lashylicious orders are shipped on the same business day payment is received (provided that payment is received before 3 p.m. EST).
  
  
• Free Shipping to the lower 48 states when you purchase 2 or more pairs!
  
  
• Orders will be shipped from our New York facility with an Approximate Delivery Time:
• US and Canada: 2-5 Business Days.
• Other Countries: 4-8 Days depending on local courier.

Return and Exchange:

If you do not absolutely love your eyelashes, send us an email. We accept all returns of unopened/unused eyelashes within 30 days for a full refund. No questions asked!

For returns:

1- send us and email with your request;

2- Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization from us (RMA);

3- Send back the unused eyelashes in the original packaging together with the invoice;

4- Let us know if you would like to receive a refund or exchange (Return shipping paid by buyer).
